Fausto Flores

Fausto A. Flores of Uvalde passed away on February 4, 2015 at University Hospital in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 81. He was born on November 28, 1933 in Uvalde to Fausto and Margarita (Aguero) Flores. He married Josefina Lira in Uvalde. He is survived by his daughters; Odilia Rodriguez and husband Armando, Rosemary Flores and husband Alberto all of Uvalde; Senovia Cuellar and husband Roland of San Antonio; sons, Fausto Flores III and wife Criselda of Pearland, Daniel Flores and wife Ida of Alice, Israel Flores and wife Maria of Missouri City, Alejandro "Alex" Flores and Joe Flores and wife Diana all of Uvalde; brother, Alfredo Flores of Houston; 25 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Eriberto "Eddie" Flores, daughter, Leticia Flores; sister, Minerva Hernandez; brothers, Samuel, Rovan, Jose and Arturo Flores. A rosary will be held on Friday, February 6, 2015, Saturday, February 7, 2015 and Sunday, February 8, 2015 at 7:00 pm at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. A funeral mass will be held on Monday, February 9, 2015 at 10:00 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Joe Anthony Flores, Christian Edward Flores, Roland Jason Cuellar, Alberto Garcia Flores, Jr., Alexis Flores and Eddie Kiki Flores. Honorary pallbearers will be Kevin Christopher Cuellar, Anthony Flores, Jacob Flores and Steven Cuellar.
