Fernando Vasquez

Fernando D. Vasquez of La Pryor passed away on December 21, 2010 in his residence at the age of 63. He was born on December 9, 1947 in La Pryor, Texas to Patrocinio and Esperanza Vasquez. He married Esperanza Garcia on February 10, 1968 in La Pryor, Texas. He is survived by his wife of 42 years Esperanza G. Vasquez of La Pryor, Texas one daughter Patricia Esquivel and husband, Tomas of Uvalde, Texas three sons Gustavo Vasquez, Fernando Vasquez Jr., and Homero Vasquez all of La Pryor, Texas one sister Esperanza Arnold of Illinois three brothers Luciano Lopez, Luis Lopez, and Pedro Lopez all of Illinois five grandchildren numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents one son Israel Vasquez and grandmother Valentina De Leon. A rosary will be held on Thursday at 7:00 PM at RushingEstesKnowles Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Friday December 24, 2010 at 1:00 PM at St. Josephs Catholic Church with burial to follow in La Pryor Cemetery.
