Fidencio Roque

Fidencio Roque of Uvalde passed away on October 20, 2014 at San Antonio Military Medical Center at the age of 80. He was born on January 31, 1934 to Aniseto Olivo and Maria De Jesus Roque. He is survived by daughters Laura Garcia and Olivia Trevino and husband, Joe all of Uvalde Maria Rubio and husband Juan of Colorado City, TX sons, Fidencio Roque, Jr and wife Sylvia and Jorge Roque and wife, Ofelia both of Uvalde Ray Roque and Hector Roque both of Sioux City, Iowa sister, Julia Martinez of Palau Coahuila, Mexico 21 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Olivia Roque, parents, daughter Albeza Roque, grandson Eduardo Luis Vergara, granddaughter Vanessa Lerma, and sister Maria Garcia. A rosary will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at RushingEstesKnowles Mortuary at 7pm. Funeral mass will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2014 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church at 2 pm with burial to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
