Francisca Luna

Francisca C. Luna of Batesville passed away on January 8, 2014 at the Methodist Hospital in San Antonio at the age of 80. She was born on October 10, 1933 in Batesville to Calistro Canales and Francisca Rios. She is survived by her daughters, Sylvia Luna, Yolanda Moreno and husband Donicio all of Poteet, Anna Delgado and husband Florencio of Pasadena and Frances Luna Campos and husband Noe of Batesville sons, Genaro Harry Luna Sr. and wife Susana of Batesville Robert Luna wife Norma, Isaac Luna Jr. and wife Adelita, Rudy Luna and wife Martha and Gilbert Luna and wife Elvira all of Andrews sister, Maria Canales of Wisconsin brother, Lalo Canales of San Antonio 36 grandchildren 41 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents husband, Isaac L. Luna granddaughter, Marissa Luna sister, Antonia Rodriguez brothers, Jesse Canales, Victor Canales, Evaristo Canales and Manuel Canales. A rosary will be held on Thursday and a vigil on Friday at 7:00 p.m. at RushingEstesKnowles Mortuary. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2014 11:00 a.m. at St. Patricks Catholic Church in Batesville. Burial will follow at Batesville Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Gabriel Moreno, Harry Luna Jr., Leroy Luna, Florencio Delgado Jr. Jasper Luna, Johnny Rodriguez, Calistro Luna and Christian Campos.
