Francisco "Frank" Guerrero, Jr.

Francisco “Frank” Guerrero Jr. of Uvalde, passed away on Friday, December 24, 2021, at Val Verde Regional Medical Center in Del Rio at the age of 57.

Francisco was born on July 20, 1964, in Sonora, Texas to Francisco and Purificacion (Morales) Guerrero.

Frank is survived by his daughter, Virginia Guerrero of Knippa; mother, Pura Guerrero; three sisters, San Juana Medina, Griselda Vara and husband Miguel and Soledad Guerrero and companion Raul Luna all of Uvalde; two brothers, Natividad Guerrero and wife Rosario of Sabinal and Ruben Guerrero of Uvalde; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Frank was preceded in death by his father, sisters Violanda Guerrero and Martha Galindo, and brother Javier Guerrero Sr.

Visitation for Frank will start on Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. A rosary will be recited on Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at 6:00 pm at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at 10:00 am at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church.

Pallbearers will be Ruben Guerrero, Miguel Vara, Miguel Adan Vara Jr., Jose Medina, Robert Guerrero, Natividad Guerrero Jr. and Leo Mendez.

Honorary pallbearer will be Francisco Adrian Morales.
