Frank Scott

James Franklin Frank Scott of Uvalde passed away on July 6, 2014 in San Antonio at the age of 84. He was born on March 2, 1930 in Uvalde to James William Willie Scott and Lily Ann Mitchell Scott. He married Eva Lucille Field on May 24, 1952 in Uvalde. She preceded him in death on January 19, 2014. Frank retired from the Army after 20 years of service and was a Korean Conflict veteran. He is survived by a daughter, Brenda Postell and husband, Henry of Gillette, WY three sons, James Arthur Scott and wife, Melissa of Canyon Lake, TX and Dennis Charles Scott and wife, Carolyn, and Robert Scott and wife, Jenny, all of Uvalde sister, Ella Ruth Brice of Spring, TX two brothers, Clifford Joe Scott of Montell and Raymond W. Scott of Uvalde 13 grandchildren, 23 greatgrandchildren and 1 greatgreatgrandson and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Jack Mitchell Scott and David Fred Scott sister, Barbara Ann Scott Champagne and granddaughter, Shea Scott.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2014 at 10:00 AM at RushingEstesKnowles Mortuary.
