Gregoria Granado

Gregoria D. Granado of Uvalde passed away on December 7, 2010 in Uvalde Healthcare Rehab Center at the age of 79. She was born on May 9, 1931 in Uvalde, Texas to Marcos and Angelita Diaz. She married Patricio V. Granado in Uvalde, Texas in 1960. She is survived her husband of 50 years Patricio V. Granado of Uvalde, Texas four daughters Maria G. Rivas and husband, Victor and Anna Menchaca and husband, Arturo all of Uvalde, Texas Patricia Torres of Victoria, Texas and Rosario Granado of Nixon, Texas four sons Antonio Aguinaga and Arnulfo Aguinaga and wife, Angie all of Uvalde, Texas Armando Aguinaga and wife, Elena, and Ruben Aguinaga and wife, Lucy all of Victoria, Texas three sisters Margarita Garza of Uvalde, Texas Dora Placencia of Lubbock, Texas and Adela Garza of California two brothers Jose Angel Diaz of Knippa, Texas and Josue Diaz of Uvalde, Texas twentyfour grandchildren twentynine great grandchildren numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Victor Diaz and Modesto Diaz two sisters Amalia Diaz and Martha Perez one great grandson Oscar James Villarreal. A prayer service will be held on Wednesday at 7:00 PM at RushingEstesKnowles Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Thursday December 9, 2010 at 2:00 PM at Templo Cristiano with burial to follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. Bro. Eddie DeLaRosa and Bro. Noe Diaz will be officiating.
