Gregorio Perez

Gregorio S. Perez of Uvalde passed away on March 8, 2008 in his residence at the age of 78. He was born on March 12, 1929 in Guerrero Coahuila Mexico to Marcial and Rita Perez. He married Maria Luisa Resendez on May 2, 1987 in Minas De Barroteran. He is survived by his wife of 20 years; two daughters; Isabel Perez and Mary Perez of Gainesville, Texas; three sons; Salvador Perez and wife, Maria; Elias Perez and wife, Cynthia all of Uvalde, Texas; Alberto Perez and wife, Teresa of San Antonio, Texas; one sister; Minerva Perez of Sabinas Coahuila, Mexico; three brothers; Armando Perez; Miguel Perez; and Arturo Perez all of Sabinas Coahuila, Mexico; nineteen grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Julieta Perez; and first wife; Alieta Perez. A rosary was held on Saturday and Sunday at 7:00 PM at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Chapel. Funeral services will be Monday, March 10, 2008 at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with burial to follow in Hillcrest Cemetery.
