Guadalupe Garcia of La Pryor, Texas passed away on April 1, 2021 at his residence in La Pryor at the age of 75. He was born on December 04, 1945 in Eagle Pass, Texas to Anita (Castro) and Viviano Garcia. Guadalupe married Consuelo Tellez in La Pryor on October 12, 1968, they renewed their vows in the Holy Land of Cana, Jerusalem on September 14, 2016.
He is survived his wife of over 50 years, Consuelo Garcia; daughter Laura Patricia Fournier and husband Robert of Fresno, Texas; two sons, Guadalupe Garcia Jr. and wife Karry Ann of Seguin, Texas and Justin Lee Garcia of San Antonio, Texas; 12 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 12:00PM at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary with a recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 PM.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church in La Pryor, Texas with interment to follow at La Pryor Cemetery.
