Guadalupe Mansanarez

Guadalupe Mansanarez of Uvalde passed away on February 27, 2013 at Uvalde Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center at the age of 90. She was born on December 12, 1922 in San Isidro, Coahuila Mexico to Dolores and Antonia Talavera Arizmendi. She is survived by her daughters, Linda Basaldua and husband Paul and Yolanda Chapa both of Uvalde son, Raul Cano Jr. of Milwaukee, Wisconsin brother, Rene Arizmendi and wife Mary of Uvalde 8 grandchildren, 14, great grandchildren, 7 greatgreat grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Grace Thompson, Emma Gallegos and Adela Silva brothers, Gil Arizmendi, Enrique Arizmendi, Alfredo Arizmendi and Dolores Arizmendi. A rosary will be held on Saturday and Sunday at 7:00 p.m. at the RushingEstesKnowles Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 4, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the RushingEstesKnowles Chapel. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be James D. Long, Andy Basaldua, Daniel Chapa, Staff Sgt. Phillip Chapa ET3, Ricky Cano and Raul Cano III. Honorary pallbearers will James M. Long, Paul Estala and Rene Arizmendi.
