Henry Scheide

Henry William Scheide of Uvalde passed away on March 7, 2011 in San Antonio at the age of 87. He was born on August 25, 1923 in Taylor, TX to Henry Fritz and Alma Beyer Scheide. Henry was in business in the Uvalde area for over 50 years. Henry and Tooter enjoyed traveling and visited many parts of the world over their 63 years of marriage. He is survived by two sons, Randy Scheide and wife, Debra of Uvalde and Gary M. Scheide of Shenyang, China daughter, Cheryl Walker and husband, Jeff of Corpus Christi three grandchildren, Jordyn Scheide Cale Walker, and Cara Traylor and husband, Barret one greatgrandson, Tristan Traylor. He was preceded in death by his parents wife, Dorothy Tooter Scheide son, Billy Scheide and grandson, Randall Scheide. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2011 at 2:00 PM at the RushingEstesKnowles Chapel with burial to follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. Rev. Don Olson will officiate. Pallbearers will be Louis Dicke L.A. Red Weathers Hagan Lipke Steve Balke Hubert Felts and Billy Jones. Honorary pallbearers will be Manza Hale Johnny Langner and Ray Rhodes.
