Jack E. Easley, Sr. of Cotulla, Texas, formerly of Uvalde, Texas, passed away at Uvalde Memorial Hospital on Saturday, September 25th, 2021, at the age of 76 years old. He was born on July 18, 1945 to Jack Joy and Norma Jean Easley. He is preceded in death by Sharon Elizabeth Easley, his wife of 41 years, Jack Edward Easley, Jr., son, and Joy Postell, sister.
Jack is survived by Carolyn Easley of Cotulla, his wife of 16 years, his two sons, James Vernon (Melissa) Easley of Knippa and Joseph Alvin Easley of Boerne; 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Prior to retirement, Jack was the owner and operator of Jack Easley Custom Builders, a third-generation family-owned company in Uvalde. He served 25 years with the Uvalde Volunteer Fire Department and was also a member of the Uvalde Bass Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and cookouts with family and friends. Jack was a very special man who was greatly loved and will live on forever in our hearts and memories.

Viewing will be held on Tuesday, September 28th, 2021, at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Funeral Home of Uvalde from 1:00 to 7:00 p.m..
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 29th, 2021 at Rushing-Estes-Knowels Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. with graveside service to follow at 2:00 p.m. in Barksdale.
