Jack Scott

Harvey Jack Scott, Jr. of Uvalde passed away on November 1, 2016 in a San Antonio hospital at the age of 80. He was born on December 20, 1935 in Montell to Harvey Jack Scott, Sr. and Catherine Sutherland. He married Edwina Burns on December 22, 1969 in Goldthwaite. He is survived by his wife of 46 years; son, Robert Harold "Robby" Scott of Hondo; daughter, Bonnie Bartek of Uvalde; brother, Billy John Scott and wife, Sandra of Houston; sister, Mary Jo Moos and husband, Rudy of Hondo; niece, Suzanne Smith of Houston; nephews, Rowdy Moos of Fritch and Scott Moos of Castroville; and two granddaughters, Macy Jane Bartek and Kallyn Reese Scott. He was preceded in death by his parents. A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 4, 2016 at 2:00 PM at First United Methodist Church in Uvalde.
