Jackie Simon

Jackie Eileen Simon of Uvalde passed away on May 21, 2014 at her residence at the age of 72. She was born on August 19, 1941 in Port Arthur, Texas to Roy and Doris Evelyn Doiron Lacombe. She is survived by her mother of Orange daughter, Evelyn Hernandez and husband Lee in Canyon Lake sister, Anita Miller and husband David of Orange and Bonnie Voigele of Nederland brothers, Pete Pelloat of Bridge City and Glenn Pelloat and wife Susie of Vidor 3 grandchildren, Robert Mittelstadt, Melissa Mittelstadt and Austin Mittelstadt 3 great grandchildren, Kassidee Mittelstadt, Brayden Ferrell and Riley Mittelstadt and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Wilburn Simon, son, Keaton Simon and sister, Barbara Touchette. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, May 25, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at RushingEstesKnowles Mortuary.
