Jaime Ruiz

Jaime Torres Ruiz of Uvalde passed away on January 28, 2015, in Ft. Worth at the age of 50. Mr. Ruiz was born to Esperanza (Torres) and Juan C. Ruiz in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico on November 28, 1964. He is survived by his mother Esperanza T. Ruiz of Uvalde; daughter, Blanca Ruiz of Houston; two sons, Ricardo Ruiz of Uvalde and Jaime Ruiz Jr. of Houston; six sisters, Ana Maria Echeverria of Ft. Worth; Yolanda Ruiz and Bertha Alicia Ruiz Cisneros both of Houston; Maria Felicitas De Luna and Ester Ruiz both from Uvalde and Esperanza Hereida of Plainview; two brothers, Juan Ruiz Jr. of Eagle Pass and Javier Ruiz of Uvalde; two grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father Juan Ruiz Sr. A rosary will be held on Thursday, January 29, 2015 at 7:00 pm at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, January 30, 2015 at 3:00 pm at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with burial to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Rigoberto De Luna, Rojelio Ruiz, Vince Ramirez, Angel Cisneros, Raymundo Echeverria and Luis Alvarado.
