James Howard

James Edwin Howard of Uvalde passed away on April 6, 2017 at his residence at the age of 67. He was born on February 22, 1950 in San Antonio to Maurice C. Howard and Ruby (Rutledge) Howard. He is survived by four sisters, Dorothy Roberts of Brackettville; Donna McGuire of Sabinal; Carolyn Rimkus of Uvalde; and Sandra Rabalais of Louisiana; two brothers, Chris Morey of San Angelo and John Morey of Montell; and 13 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Cremation was under the direction of Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
