Jasmin Valdez Chapoy

Jasmin Valdez Chapoy of Uvalde passed away on May 7, 2020 at the age of one day.  She was born on May 6, 2020 at Christus Santa Rosa Children’s Hospital in San Antonio to Liliana Valdez and Jimmy Chapoy.

She is survived by her parents of Uvalde; maternal grandfather, Juan Valdez of Eagle Pass; sister, Alyssa Chapoy; and brother, Benjamin Chapoy both of Uvalde; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Maria Rosa Valdez and paternal grandparents, Jimmy and Mary Chapoy.

A rosary will be held on Monday at 7:00 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.  A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Hillcrest Cemetery.
