Jean White

Jean White of Uvalde passed away in LaVernia on March 10, 2019 at the age of 87.  She was born on December 13, 1931 in Menard, TX to R L and Nellie (Ray) Hubbard. She married Davis Leroy White on May 19, 1949 in Uvalde.  He preceded her in death in 2001.  She is survived by three daughters, Brenda Romans of McCoy, TX; Linda Ryland and husband, Doug of Wittmann, AZ; and Sara Davis and husband, Butch of Huntsville, TX; sisters, Jacque Becker of Superior, MT and Phyllis Moss and husband, Rusty of Uvalde; brother, L.V. Hubbard and wife, Helen of Leakey; seven grandchildren, Cheryl Ramsey and husband, Gary; Rev. Wil Ryland and wife, Amy; Chessie Ross and husband, Justin;  Luke Clark and wife, Anna; Wendy Ingram and husband, Mike; Jim Bob Davis; and Justin David and wife, Staciy and thirteen great-grandchildren, Breiten and Brynson Ramsey; Corbyn, Hudson, and Ashlyn Ryland; Ryland and Sarah Ross; Teddy Clark; Erin and Kaitlyn Ingram; Christian Adams and husband, Mike; and Korben and Karleigh Davis; and two great-great-grandchildren, Connor and Lucas Adams. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sister, Joy Tippit; and two grandchildren, Brandy Clark and Trey Davis.  Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at 2:00 PM in Hillcrest Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Luke Clark, Teddy Clark, Gary Ramsey, Breiten Ramsey, Kade Hubbard, and Langtry Hubbard. Rev. Wil Ryland will officiate.
