Jennie Feely

Jennie Lee Feely of Uvalde passed away on July 4, 2008, in Amistad Nursing Home at the age of 92. She was born on September 3, 1915 in Louisville, Kentucky to Alonzo and Mary Elizabeth Adams Herdt. She married Charles Glenn Feely in Louisville, Kentucky on September 12, 1941. She is survived by a son, Chuck Feely and wife, Nancy of Concan; grandson, Christopher Feely of Concan; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and brother, Roger Herdt. Graveside services will be held on Sunday, July 6, 2008, at 5:00 PM in Hillcrest Cemetery. Rev. Scott Bradford will officiate. Memorial donations may be made to the El Progreso Memorial Library, 301 W. Main St., Uvalde, TX 78801 or to the 1st United Methodist Church Building Fund, 301 N. High St., Uvalde, TX 78801.
