Jesse Hill

Jesse Thomas Hill of Uvalde passed away on February 2, 2018 at Uvalde Memorial Hospital at the age of 63. He was born on December 29, 1954 in Uvalde to Tomas and Anita (Souquette) Hill.
He is survived by his daughters; Ana Hill and companion, Angel Buruato, Alma Reina Cerda and husband, Roy, Laura Hill Hurtado and husband, Benjamin and Claudia Hill all of Uvalde; sons, Jesus Thomas Hill, II. and Jose Hill both of Uvalde; sisters, Frances Hill Ibarra and husband, Jaime and Connie Hill and companion, David Martinez all of Uvalde; brother, Joe Hill and wife, Roxanne of Uvalde; 13 grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins, aunts and uncles
He was preceded in death by his parents and aunt, Luisa Souquette Lira.
A rosary will be held on Sunday and Monday at 7:00 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Cremation is under the direction of Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. Burial of ashes will follow at a later date at Uvalde Catholic Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Roy Cerda, Benjamin Hurtado, Angel Buruato, Joe Hill, Lorenzo Hill and Leroy Saiz.
