Jesse Valdez

Jesse Eric Valdez, 37, of Uvalde, passed away July 3, 2017 at his home. Jesse was born on April 4, 1980 in Pearsall to Dora Gomez Valdez and Nicholas M. Valdez Jr. He is survived by his mother, Dora Valdez of Uvalde; daughter Mariah Valdez of Uvalde; brother James Valdez of Pearsall; granddaughter Ariyanna Martinez of Uvalde; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Jesse was preceded in death by his father, one brother David G. Valdez, maternal grandparents Josefa M. and Nicholas R. Valdez and paternal grandparents Maria H. and Miguel Gomez.
A prayer services will be held on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at 7:00 pm at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at 10:30 am at Hillcrest Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Mike Gomez, Rick Gomez, Robert Gomez, Peter Victorio, Carlos Cortez, Alex Davila, Jesus Garcia, Frank Alvarez and Jose Martinez.
