Jessie Cowan

Jessie Lee Cowan of Sabinal passed away on March 25, 2008 in St. Lukes Baptist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 86. He was born on February 23, 1922 in Clarksville, Arkansas, to Oliver and Esther Cowan. He is survived by one daughter; Linda Roschal of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; one son; Jerry Cowan of Marietta, Oklahoma; one sister; Josephine Neal of Tulsa, Oklahoma; one brother; Jerry Cowan of Nicoma Park, Oklahoma; three grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; he was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Steven Cowan; two sisters; Pauline Self and Ollie Langston; one brother; Basil Cowan. Cremation under the direction of Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2008 at 1:00PM at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Chapel in Sabinal, Texas.
