Jesus Garza

Jesus L. Garza of Batesville passed away at his residence on July 1, 2012 at the age of 67. He was born on November 17, 1944 in Charlotte, Texas to Luis and Juanita Leal Garza. He married Roberta Villarreal in Batesville on March 17, 1962. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, daughters, Esperanza Garza, Janie Maldonado and husband Joey, Guadalupe Mason and husband Ismael Maldonado, Endelina Vasquez and companion, Jerry Cardona, Esmeralda Garza all of Batesville and Roberta Torres and husband Rosendo of Half Moon, North Carolina sons, Eugenio Garza and wife Yolanda and Miguel Angel Garza both of Batesville sister, Isabel Rios of Batesville, grandchildren, Joe Anthony Maldonado, Nathan Jay Maldonado, Vivian Marie Maldonado, Ashley Nichole Garza, Trisha Monique Garza, Blake Allen Reppert, Victoria Lynn Reppert, Jazmine Vasquez, Jess Alexander Garza, Eric Lee Reppert, Trianna Mlise Martinez, Clayton Lewis Martinez, Tristan Torres, Desiree Torres, Davian Torres, Zachary Gene Garza and Noemira Garza, 6 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Jesus Garza Jr., sisters, Sulema Alaniz and Petra Ramos brothers, Valentin Rios, Jose Garza, Jose Angel Garza, and Luis Garza granddaughter, Erica Lynn Mason grandson, Eugenio Garza Jr., great grandson, Kalvin Maldonado, niece, Lupe Trevino, nephews, Abel Rios, Jose Luis Garza, Juan Manuel Garza and Raul Garza. Funeral mass will be held on Thursday July 5, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. at St. Patricks Catholic Church in Batesville. Burial will follow at Batesville Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Joe Anthony Maldonado, Nathan Jay Maldonado, Blake Allen Reppert, Eric Lee Reppert, Magarito Rios, Juan Rafael Garza and Esuardo Rios. Honorary pallbearers will be Jess Garza, Clayton Martinez, Mark Rios and Davian Torres.
