John Corona Rodriguez

John Corona Rodriguez, 93, passed away on February 13, 2025, at Amistad Nursing Home. 

He was born on May 16, 1931, in Topeka, Kansas to Rita (Corona) and Cruz Rodriguez. 

He is survived by two daughters, Margaret Alvarez of Eagle Pass and Ester Ortega of Illinois; four sons, Cruz Rodriguez, Arturo Rodriguez, Michael Rodriguez, and James V. Davis all of Illinois; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Elvira Rodriguez.; three daughters, Norma Moran, Virginia Rios, and Rita Rodriguez; and son, John Rodriguez. 

Cremation is under the direction of Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
