Jose Losoya of Dallas, formerly of Uvalde passed away on January 28, 2020 in Dallas at the age of 64. He was born on July 22, 1955 in Uvalde to Jose Losoya and Rosa De La Cerda.
He is survived by his sister, Elisa Quiroga and husband, Basilio of Uvalde; nephews, Carlos Lara of Uvalde , Basilio Quiroga, Jr. and wife, Mary of Uvalde; and Enrique Quiroga and wife, Christine Suniga of San Antonio, Cynthia Campbell and husband Scott of Dallas, Armando Murillo, Jr. of Dallas, Joaquin Murillo of Dallas and Jose Murillo of Dallas; sister-in-law, Sulema Murillo of Dallas; great nieces and nephews; Basilio M. Quiroga, III, Julia M. Quiroga, Josue M. Quiroga, Angie Gaucin and husband, Antonio, Rosalinda Lara, Elisabeth Lara and husbnad, Johnathan Hardin, Ariel Quiroga, Haley Quiroga,; great-great nieces and nephews, Anthony Gaucin, Aubriana E. Pinon and Gabriel A. Quiroga.
A rosary will be held on Sunday and Monday at 7:00 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Uvalde Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Basilio Quiroga, Jr., Rick Quiroga, Basilio M. Quiroga, III, Josue Quiroga, Antonio Gaucin, Sr. and Antonio Gaucin, Jr.
