Jose Luna

Jose R. Luna of Batesville passed away on September 28, 2016 at his residence at the age of 67. He was born on April 27, 1949 in Batesville, Texas to Juvencio and Concepcion (Rodriguez) Luna.
He is survived by his sisters, Petra Luna Villarreal and Consancion L. Garza and husband Gilbert; brothers, Desidoro Luna Sr. and Juvencio Luna Jr. all of Batesville and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Alberto R. Luna and sister, Felicita L. Hernandez.
A rosary will be held on Thursday and Friday at 7:00 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. St. Patrick's Catholic Church. Burial will be held at Batesville Cemetery.
