Jose Mancha, Jr.

Jose Z. Mancha, Jr. of Uvalde passed away on September 20, 2008 in Uvalde Healthcare Rehab at the age of 90. He was born on March 14, 1918 in Uvalde to Jose and Juanita Zamora Mancha. He married Anita Cruz on June 15, 1948 in Uvalde. He is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife; brother, Frank Mancha; and sisters, Elena Santos, Mamie Gonzalez, Cruz Keys, Santos Hernandez, Caro Saenz, Josefina Vasquez, and Antonia Sherman. Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 22, 2008, at 11:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with burial to follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. Deacon Freddy Flores will officiate.
