Jose Rios

Jose Luis Rios of Batesville passed away Saturday, February 11, 2017 at residence at age of 56. He was born on November 17, 1960 in San Antonio to Isabel (Garza) and Alvino V. Rios. Mr. Rios married Rosa Anna Ramos on March 9, 1980 in Batesville. He is survived by his mother, wife of 36 years, daughter, Maria Isabel Rios of Batesville; two sons, Jose Luis Rios, Jr. and Raul Rios both of Batesville; six brothers, Alvino Rios, Jr., Esvaro Rios of Batesville, Roland Rios of Germany, Noe Rios of Batesville, Bernaldo Rios of Arizona and Marcos Rios of Kerrville; seven grandchildren, Michael Rios, Lenora Rios, Leland Rios, Angel Rios, Jordan Rios, Aaliyah Wiebrand and Colton Wiebrand; numerous cousins and nieces and nephews. Mr. Rios was preceded in death by his father and one brother, Abel Rios.
A rosary will be held on Wednesday, February 15 and Thursday, February 16, 2017 at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be Friday, February 17, 2017 at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Batesville at 11:00 am with interment to follow at Batesville Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Jose Luis Rios, Jr., Alvino Rios, Jr., Esvaro Rios, Rolando Rios, Noe Rios, Bernaldo Rios, Marcos Rios and Victor Rios.
