Joyce Moore

Norma Joyce Parker Moore of Canyon Lake, Texas passed away on December 28, 2019 in New Braunfels, Texas at the age of 81. She was born on January 29, 1938 in Elliot, Texas to Allen “Hoot” and Beatrice “Dink” (Reid) Parker. She is preceded in death by her parents, her two sisters, Jean Nelson of Barksdale, Texas and Linda Scott of Uvalde, Texas and her niece Shea Scott of Uvalde, Texas.

Joyce is survived by her husband of 63 years, Boots Moore of Canyon Lake, and her children Terry and Raydean Moore of Wimberley, Mitch Moore of Canyon Lake, and Jeff and Stacey Moore of Sherwood, Arkansas. She is also survived by grandchildren Brad Moore (and wife, Amy); Josh Moore (and wife, Jessica), Katie Moore Boehme (and husband, Mark), Logan Moore, Tomas Moore, Samantha Moore, McKenna Moore, and Magdalen Moore, as well as five great-grandchildren, Caroline Joyce Moore, Margot Bradley Moore, Jameson Quinn Moore, Evan Williams Moore, and Finley Jane Boehme.

Services are under the direction of Rushing Estes Knowles Mortuary. Visitation and funeral services will be held on Friday, January 3rd at 10:00 a.m. at Getty Street Church of Christ in Uvalde, Texas, with interment immediately following in the La Pryor Cemetery.
