Joyce Trevino

Joyce Wilson Boone Trevino of Uvalde passed away on March 15, 2014 at her residence at the age of 82. She was born on January 20, 1932 in De Queen, AR to Ocie and Florence Miller Wilson. She married Daniel Trevino in Mexico on July 15, 1959. She is survived by her husband of 54 years five daughters, Cindy Manning and husband Gary of Dallas Ronda Trevino of Kerrville and Carolyn Scott and husband Dennis, Shirley Baxter and husband Bill, and Stacey Castillo and husband George all of Uvalde two sons, Daniel Travis Trevino and Michael Trevino and wife Esperanza, both of Uvalde 18 granchildren, 40 greatgrandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents son, Jackson Wayne Boone two sisters three brothers one grandson and one greatgranddaughter. A prayer service will be held on Monday at 7:00 p.m. at RushingEstesKnowles Mortuary. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at 3:00 PM in Leakey Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Mark Morales, Alex AJ Morales, Dewayne Scott, Tommy Scott, Chris Vara, and Renaldo RJ Castillo. Honorary pallbearers will be George Castillo, Jr., Jonathan Morales, G.W. Manning and Hector Salazar.
