Juan Ramos

Mr. Juan A. Ramos of Uvalde passed away July 22, 2007 in Uvalde Healthcare Rehab Center at the age of 86.

He was born June 24, 1920 in San Buena Ventura, Mexico to Ignacio Ciralla Ramos.

He is survived by daughters, Rosa Robles husband, Santos Margarita Vasquez husband, Raul, all of Uvalde, Tx.; Maria Lopez of Florida; Yolanda Briones husband, Jesse of Lubbock, Tx.; Tina Hudson of Elgin, Tx.; Andrea Valdez husband, Juan Dora Ramos, all of Austin, Tx.; sons, Rogelio Ramos wife, Netta of Princeville, Il.; Juan Ramos wife, Tess of Ft. Worth, Tx.; Jesus Ramos wife, Janie; Rolando Ramos wife, Timia Jose Ramos wife, Gloria, all of Uvalde, Tx.; 50 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Juanita Ramos; brothers, Encarnacion Ramos; Juan De Leon; Andres De Leon; Jose De Leon; Refugio De Leon sister, Francisca Rodriguez.

A rosary will be held at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary on Monday at 7:00 pm.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 24th at 4:00 pm at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery.

Arrangements are by Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
