Juana Sanchez

Juana Lopez Sanchez of Uvalde passed away on February 7, 2017 at her residence at the age of 84. She was born on June 14, 1932 in Durango, Mexico to Jose Paz Hernandez Lopez and Felicitas Martinez Trejo. She married Jose Guadalupe in Durango, Mexico.
She is survived by her daughter, Mayela Alvarado and husband, Robert of Uvalde; sons, Francisco Sanchez and wife, Maria De Los Angeles of Cuidad Juarez, Mexico, Reguleo Sanchez and wife, Luz Maria of Uvalde and Jose Luis Sanchez and wife, Maria Del Rayo of Cuidad Juarez; sisters, Santiaga Lopez of Monterrey, Mexico and Maria Eugenia of Durango, Mexico; 18 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter, Alexandra Sanchez; sister, Felipa Lopez; and brother, Enrique Lopez.
A rosary will be held on Thursday at 7:00 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at Panteon Polvado Dos de Abril in Municipal Victoria, Durango, Mexico.
