Julia Aviles

Julia F. Aviles of Uvalde passed away on April 2, 2012 at Amistad Nursing Home in Uvalde at the age of 91. She was born on February 7, 1921 in Uvalde to Margarito and Maria Solis Fuentes. She is survived by her daughters, Delia Martinez of Plains, Texas, Marta Guerrero of Salem, Oregon, Mary Lou Ramos of Denver City, Texas, Raquel Arreola and Maricela Rivera both of Uvalde, sons, Samuel Capetillo of Oklahoma City, Mateo Capetillo Jr. and wife Maria of Conroe, Texas, Margarito Capetillo and wife Vivian of Modesto, California, Jose Martinez Jr. of Dallas, Franke Sotelo of Plains, Texas, daughterinlaw Cindy Capetillo of Indiana, 41 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband , Francisco Aviles and son Jose Luis Capetillo. A prayer service will be held on Wednesday April 4, 2012 at the RushingEstesKnowles Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Thursday April 5, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the Primera Iglesia Bautista. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ponciano Arreola, Mark Guzman, Daniel Sanchez, David Esquivel, Jesus Garcia and Xavier Williams.
