Justo Guerrero

Justo G. Guerrero of Uvalde passed away on January 18, 2011 in Uvalde at the age of 73. He was born on Oct. 10, 1937 in George West, Tx. to Zaragosa and Maria Guerrero Guerrero. He married Altagracia Aguirre on Dec. 20th 1958 in Andrews, Tx. He is survived by his wife of 52 yrs two daughters, Noemi Caballero and husband Armando of Uvalde, Velma Guerrero of Uvalde three sons, Sergio Guerrero of San Antonio, Tx. Herman Guerrero of Pflugerville, Tx. Rocky Guerrero and wife, Claudia of San Antonio, Tx. seven sisters, Valentina Guerrero of Cold Spring, Tx. Juanita Perez of George West, Tx. Pamposa Guerrero of Hallettsville, Tx. Matilde Mindieta of Austin, Tx. Avarista Guerrero of Georgetown, Tx. Alejandra Sedilla of Waller, Tx. and Catarina Rosales of Hockley, Tx six brothers, Anestacio Guerrero, Alejos Guerrero, and Anselmo Guerrero of George West, Tx. Florentino Guerrero of Halletsville, Tx. Zaragosa Guerrero Jr. of Magnolia, Tx. and Guillermo Zuniga of Austin, Tx seven grandchildren, Rachel Hesse, Rocky Martinez, and Brandon Nevarez of Uvalde, Armando Caballero Jr. of Austin, Tx. Eliza Nicole Guerrero of Boerne, Tx. George Caballero of Devine, Tx. and Sergio Guerrero Jr. of San Antonio, Tx. seven great grandchildren, Brooklyn Nicole Carlson, Neland Grayson and Hagen Blake Hesse, Samuel Sedric Guerrero, Owen Michael Towne, Emma Kate Caballero, and Emiliana Alejandra Martinez. He is preceded in death by his parents Zaragosa and Maria Guerrero and one brother, Atanacio Guerrero. A rosary will be held on Thursday Jan. 20th at 7:00 PM at the RushingEstesKnowles Chapel. Funeral Mass will be held on Friday Jan. 21st 2011 at 2:00 PM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with burial following in Hillcrest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Rocky Martinez, Armando Caballero Jr., George Caballero, Sergio Guerrero Jr., Brandon Nevarez, Gamaliel Barboza III, Neland Ray Hesse, and Armando Caballero Sr.
