Katherine Deaver Harrison, beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend, a Real Estate Broker and resident of Little Elm, Texas, died peacefully in her sleep in the early morning on July 15, 2021. Katherine had just moved back to her home state after years spent in San Jose, CA. In the days leading up to her passing, Katherine was surrounded by loved ones and joy.
Katherine is survived by her husband, Jim Harrison, son and daughter-in-law, Josh and Lili Harrison, daughter, Jenni Harrison, daughter and son-in-law, Hannah and Christopher Allmon, mother, Susan Fielden, sisters Jerry McInerney and Jackie Sweeten, and her brother Ron Fielden. Katherine also leaves behind two grandchildren, Daisy Mae Armstrong and Hudson Nathan Allmon.
Katherine was born in Uvalde, Texas on October 12th, 1959, to Susan Fielden and Ron Fielden. Active in choir throughout her life, Katherine worshipped her Lord through song and was known for having a voice that could bring tears to your eyes. After her graduation from Uvalde High School, Katherine went on to graduate with Honors from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. Katherine married her sweetheart, Jim Harrison, on June 1st, 1979, and the two spent 43 years of love in Virginia, Texas, and California.
A devoted wife, mother, daughter, and grandmother, Katherine loved fiercely; so strongly in fact that we will feel her love and passion resonate in our hearts, minds and souls for years to come, and that is the greatest parting gift of all. Katherine is now singing in God’s choir, but she will never be forgotten.
