Kay Niemeyer

Kay Dianne Niemeyer of Knippa passed away on February 29, 2016 at her residence at the age of 68. She was born on October 17, 1947 in Topeka, KS to Jack Dannels and Marilyn Scogin Dannels. She married Victor John Niemeyer in Dallas on February 25, 1995. She is survived by her husband of 20 years; son, Casey Clipson and wife, Robin of Harlingen; sister, Terry Steadman of Eagle Lake, TX; stepdaughter, Brenda Niemeyer of Elgin; stepson, Victor John Niemeyer, Jr. of Sarasota, FL; daughter-in-law, Dana Henry and husband, Joel of Katy; and grandchildren, Courtney Clipson, Corie Wilson, Carlie Clipson, Caleb Clipson, and Brittaney Clipson. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Richard "Trip" Clipson; and brother, Mike Dannels. Cremation was under the direction of Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
