Lanny Oliphant

Lanny Curtis Oliphant of Uvalde passed away on March 23, 2012 in Amistad Nursing Home at the age of 65. He was born on September 10, 1946 in Uvalde to Grover and Earlene Harrell Oliphant. He is survived by his wife, Linda Reavis of Uvalde two daughters, Tammy Thornton and Sierra Oliphant and husband, Johnny two sons, SSG Larry Edward May and wife, Tammy Kay and Brandon Oliphant and wife, Shandra, all of Uvalde sister, Missy Stewart and husband, Paul of Montell brother, Kenny Oliphant and wife, Kay of Uvalde 11 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Honorary pallbearers will be Leonard Creech Wesley Hart Todd Oliphant Greg Boyd Ronny Jett Mike Jett and Davy Jett. A memorial graveside service will be held on Sunday, April 1, 2012 at 2:00 PM in Hillcrest Cemetery. Mr. Danny Williams will officiate.
