Leona Wootton

Leona F. Wootton of Uvalde passed away on November 7, 2014 in San Antonio at the age of 76. She was born on December 21, 1937 in Crystal City to Oscar Farley and Nancy Wilkins Farley. She married Charles Wootton in Crystal City on March 28, 1959. She is survived by her husband of 55 years four daughters, Brookii Wootton of Dallas Kayanndii Russell and husband, Charles of San Antonio and Chandalee Arredondo and husband, Lee and Vivian Manry, all of Uvalde four grandchildren, Grey Ferguson Lexie Mireles Kaylee Mireles and Treyhvaun Russell and one greatgrandson, Domingo Mireles. She was preceded in death by her parents brother, Daniel Farley and sister, Pernia Dennis. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at 10:00 AM at RushingEstesKnowles Mortuary in Uvalde with burial to follow in Sabinal Cemetery.
