Leonor Calsado

Leonor A. Calsado of Sabinal passed away on May 31, 2019 in Amistad Nursing Home at the age of 92.  She was born on May 6, 1927 in Sabinal to Casimira (Alvarez) and Librado Alejandro.  She is survived by three daughters, Dora Spadafora of San Antonio, and Elia Flores and Sylvia Olivarez, both of Sabinal; two sisters, Anita Rodriguez of Sabinal and Janie Garcia of San Antonio; four brothers, Jesus Alejandro of Sabinal, Librado "Lee" Alejandro of Dallas, and Frank Alejandro and Pedro Alejandro, both of San Antonio; six grandchildren, Christina Velasco, Bianca Reyes, Vanessa Valdez, Natalie Flores, Carlos Olivarez, Jr., and Aaron Olivarez; and eleven great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Eluterio Calsado; brother, Frank Alejandro; and sisters, Maria Hernandez and Elena Rodriguez.  A rosary will be held on Sunday, June 2, 2019 at 7:00 PM at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary in Sabinal.  Funeral mass will be held on Monday, June 3, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Sabinal.  Pallbearers will be Chris Velasco, Aaron Olivarez, Trey Valdez, Robert Reyes, Joseph Valdez, and Sergio Valdez.  Cremation is under the direction of Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary, Sabinal, TX.
