Librado Esparza

Librado Lee Esparza Sr. of Uvalde passed away on March 3, 2008 in Uvalde Memorial Hospital at the age of 65. He was born on October 23, 1942 in Uvalde, Texas to Fortunato and Juanita Esparza. He married Maria Felix Gomez in Uvalde on March 18, 1979. He is survived by his wife of 28 years Maria Esparza; two daughters; Noelia Rodriguez and husband, Joe; and Norma Carranza and husband, Otilio all of Uvalde, Texas; one son; Librado Esparza Jr. and wife, Esperanza of Uvalde, Texas; one sister; Yolanda Flores and husband, Freddie of Uvalde; two brothers; Jose Esparza of Uvalde, Texas; Johnny Esparza and wife, Tresa of Sonora, Texas; eleven grandchildren; three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; first wife, Rosalinda Robles; one sister; Frances Gomez; and one brother Fortunato Esparza Jr. A rosary will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday at 7:00 PM at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Chapel. Funeral services will be Thursday, March 6, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with burial to follow in Hillcrest Cemetery.
