Louise Nevill

Louise Nevill of Uvalde passed away on November 22, 2009 in Amistad Nursing Home at the age of 87. She was born on July 15, 1922 in Taft, TX to Thomas and Kitty Lee Whitley Burgess. She married J.C. Nevill on February 27, 1945 in Devine, TX. He preceded her in death. She is survived by two daughters, Judy Lenamon of Victoria; and Connie Frykman and husband, Dwayne of Uvalde; brother, Donald Burgess and wife, Wally of Kingsville; four grandchildren, Aubrey R. Lenamon; Mindy Chambers; Matthew Nevill Phillips; and Jeffrey Collin Phillips; and three great-grandchildren, Cross Chambers, Caine Chambers, and Kole Chambers. She was preceded by her parents and a brother, Tommy Burgess. Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 23, 2009 at 2:00 PM at the Rushing-Estes-Knowles Chapel with burial to follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. Rev. Tony Gruben will officiate.
