Lucia Navarro

Lucia Navarro of Uvalde passed away on January 15, 2011 at Amistad Nursing Home at the age of 88. She was born on December 13, 1922 in San Christobal Guerrero, Mexico. She is survived by two sons, Joe Aguirre and wife, Delia of Uvalde and Marcos de la Paz and wife, Blanca of Eagle Pass 16 grandchildren, numerous greatgrandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents three sons, Alex, Raul, and Francisco Aguirre and one daughter, Maria Luisa Aguirre. A rosary will be held on Sunday night at 7:00 PM at the RushingEstesKnowles Chapel. Funeral mass will be held on Monday, January 17, 2011 at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with burial to follow in Uvalde Catholic Cemetery.
