Luella Kessler

Luella Kessler, formerly of Concan,TX, passed away on March 1, 2014 in San Marcos at the age of 90. She was born on December 30, 1923 in Girard, TX to Arthur and Artie Rhea Jones. She married O.B. Kessler on April 3, 1946 in Gonzales, TX. He preceded her in death in 1993.
She is survived by a daughter, Sherril Du Bois and husband, George of Wimberley, TX three sons, Bobby Kessler and wife, Londa of Andrews, TX Terry Kessler and wife, Luan of Big Spring, TX and Billy Kessler and wife, Glenda of Gonzales, TX three sisters, Mildred Wasemiller of Kerrville, TX Patricia Hartman of San Antonio, TX and Barbara Allen of Jimenez Springs, NM and 12 grandchildren, George Du Bois, Jr. Jeffery Du Bois Daniel Kessler David Kessler Randy Kessler Joe Kessler Paul Kessler Clinton Kessler Shane Kessler Wendy Du Bois Hendrick Liz Kessler and Sherry Kessler Robinson 14 greatgrandchildren and 2 greatgreatgrandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband a granddaughter, Shannon Renee Kessler and a greatgranddaughter, Mourgan Kessler. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at 3:00 PM at RushingEstesKnowles Mortuary with burial to follow in Knippa Cemetery. Mr. John Whittington will officiate. Pallbearers will be her grandchildren.
