Luis Cardenas

Luis Cardenas of Uvalde passed away at Medina Community Hospital in Hondo on September 26, 2011 at the age of 64. He was born on November 5, 1946 to Antonio and Aurora Gaytan Cardenas in Donna, Texas. He is survived by his father, Antonio Cardenas of Donna, Texas, wife Alicia Perez Cardenas, daughters San Juanita Cardenas, Elena Cardenas, Maria Alicia Cardenas, Elsa Cardenas Garcia, Luisana Cardenas Martinez all of Uvalde, sons Luis Cardenas Jr., Ricardo Cardenas, Rene Cardenas, all of Uvalde, sisters Sulema Cardenas, Oralia Cardenas, Guadalupe Cardenas ,all of Donna, Texas, brothers, Juan Cardenas of Weatherford, Texas and Martin Cardenas of Donna, Texas, twenty four grandchildren, one greatgrandchild and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, two brothers Antonio Cardenas Jr. and Ramiro Cardenas. Cremation under the direction of RushingEstesKnowles Mortuary.
