Luisa Ballesteros

Luisa G. Ballesteros of Uvalde passed away on September 13, 2017 at her residence at the age of 78. She was born on July 18, 1939 in Uvalde to Evaristo Riojas Gonzalez and Romana Avalos (Gonzalez).
She is survived by her mother, Romana A. Gonzalez of Uvalde; daughter, Cynthia Ballesteros of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; son, Albert Ballesteros of Uvalde; sisters, Leonor Chacon of San Antonio and Rosa Uriegas of Uvalde; brothers, Juan Antonio Gonzalez of Uvalde and Hector Gonzalez of San Antonio; grandchildren, Alexandra Rose Paulson and husband Erik, Benjamin Xavier Alvarado; great granddaughter, Ciainna Rosa Paulson; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her father and brother, Evaristo Gonzalez Jr.
A funeral mass is set for September 18, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church with internment to follow at the Hillcrest Cemetery. A rosary will be held on Saturday and Sunday at 7:00 p.m. at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary.
