Luisa Estrada

Luisa P. Estrada of Uvalde passed away on September 2, 2011 at Uvalde Memorial Hospital at the age of 85. She was born on April 7, 1926 to Lorenzo and Anita Olivarez Pena in Uvalde. She is survived by her daughters Virginia Quintanilla of San Antonio, Norma Villarreal and husband Leo of Uvalde, Silvia Hill of Uvalde, Sandra Estrada of Houston, Evangelina Flores of San Antonio. Sons Augusto Estrada and wife Janice of Uvalde, Roberto Estrada and wife Lee of Harker Heights, TX., Jesus Estrada of Austin, Ruben Estrada of Austin, Rojelio Estrada of Uvalde, Ricardo Estrada and wife Anna of Houston, Daniel Estrada and wife Esperanza of Portland, Texas, Crescencio Estrada and wife Maria of Uvalde, Lorenzo Estrada and wife Lupe of San Antonio and Salvador Estrada of Alaska. Sisters Mary West, Eva Streeter, Elia Hess all of Las Vegas, Rita Dilda of Lindsberg, VA and Carolina Gomez of Uvalde. Brothers Fidel Pena of Jacksonville, AR., Alberto Pena of Clamath Falls, Oregon and David Pena of Menlo Park, CA. , 35 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren and 4 greatgreat granchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Francisco C. Estrada, daughter, Carmen Estrada and sister Andrea Wagner. A prayer service will be held on Saturday September 3, 2011 at 7:00 P.M. At the RushingEstesKnowles Chapel. Funeral services will be held on Sunday September 4, 2011 at 2:00 pm. At the RushingEstesKnowles Chapel. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Christopher Quintanilla, Chris Estrada Jr., Adrian Estrada, Timothy Hill, Lucas Villarreal, Jesse Estrada Jr., Ruben Estrada Jr., Francisco Estrada and Nathan Flores.
