Lynn Watkins

Lynn Audrey Watkins of San Antonio, Texas formerly of Uvalde, Texas passed away on December 30, 2021 at St. Luke’s Baptist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 79.  She was born on April 18, 1942 in Uvalde, Texas to Russell and Faye Bernice (Lemons) Herndon.

She is survived by her sons, Neal Watkins and wife, Sandy of Quemado, Texas and Winn Watkins and wife, Deane of Philippines; sisters, Kathy Herndon of Hondo, Texas and Janice Herndon of San Antonio, Texas; brother, Roy Herndon of Knippa, Texas; grandchildren, Justin Winn Watkins, Beau O’Neal Watkins and wife, Sarah, Anolda May Jones and husband, Kyle; great grandchildren, Clara Grace Watkins, Eric Ray Watkins, Kallie May Jones, and Kipp Thomas Jones.

She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Walter Herndon.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 7, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Montell Cemetery in Montell, Texas
