Manuel Vasquez

Manuel R. Vasquez of Uvalde passed away on December 19, 2013 at Uvalde Memorial Hospital at the age of 65. He was born on April 27, 1948 in Musquiz, Coahuila, Mexico to Felix and Julia Lozano Vasquez. He is survived by his sons, Manuel A. Vasquez and Robert Vasquez both of Uvalde sisters, Nelda Garcia of Houston and Maria Luisa Montes of Uvalde grandchildren, Briana Vasquez, Robert Vasquez, Kiara Vasquez and Toby Vasquez and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and nephew, Manuel Montes. A vigil will be held on Friday at 7:00 p.m. at RushingEstesKnowles Mortuary. A funeral mass will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
