Margaret Harkins

Margaret Elizabeth Harkins of Uvalde passed away on November 30, 2012 in Uvalde Memorial Hospital at the age of 71. She was born on December 7, 1940 in Brockton, Massachusetts to Lester and Ruth Merritt. She is survived by her husband, Gerald Harkins of Uvalde two daughters, Karyn Reagan and husband, Jerry of Denton and Melinda Harkins of Uvalde a son, William Harkins and wife, Lynda of Corinth, TX three brothers, Edward Merritt and wife, Anne of Raynham, MA Stephen Merritt of Norwood, MA and Richard Merritt and wife, Amy of Wolcott, CT and grandchildren, Heather, Emily, and Andrew Reagan of Denton, TX and Madison, Teagan, McKinley, and Tennyson Harkins of Corinth, TX sisterinlaw, Joan Merritt of Middleboro, MA and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents son, Matthew Harkins brothers, Lester and Bill Merritt and granddaughter, Hannah Harkins. Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 3, 2012 at 11:00 AM at New Testament Fellowship. Burial will be held on Friday, December 7, 2012 at 10:15 AM at DallasFt. Worth National Cemetery.
