Margaret Pace

Mrs. Margaret Gonzales Pace formally of Uvalde passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 in Victoria at the age of 86. She was born on March 2, 1930 in Uvalde to Florentino B. and Anita (Talamantez) Gonzales. She married Tom Pace on April 6, 1953 in Seguin. Mrs. Pace is survived by two daughters, Dorothy Pace of Victoria and Janet Ramirez and husband Federico of Austin; one son, Glenn T. Pace and wife Anita of Austin; one brother, Robert Gonzales of Uvalde; four grandchildren, Carlos Ramirez, Emilio Ramirez, Tommy Pace and Joshua Pace; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Mrs. Pace is preceded in death by her husband, parents, one sister Mary Zamora and a brother Charles Elizondo.
A vigil and rosary will be held on Sunday, December 4, 2016 at 7:00 pm at Rushing-Estes-Knowles Mortuary. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 5, 2016 at 11:00 am at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church with interment to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
